About This Plan

The grand entry of this Traditional house plan leads to the foyer and dining room and ultimately to the formal living room and veranda. There is a kitchen with a large island for prepping along with the breakfast nook before accessing the cozy family rooom. The owner's suite is designed for the ultimate in luxury, and features a large bedroom with privet porch access, an ensuite primary bath and a large walk-in closet. There is a courtyard entry garage containing vehicle space for two cars and access to the laundry room. The elevator leads to the second floor where there is a large lounge and three suites with each containing a private bath and walk-in closet. Two also have separate covered porches and a second laundry room is upstairs for convenience.
